easy spicy lime black bean dip (gluten free, vegan)

this dip is good on just about anything

and so addicting. it is ready to go in just five minutes, too! perfect for meal prep or for a party appetizer. i love this on tacos, with tortilla chips, and for dipping veggies. I also love to add it to salads for an extra protein/fiber/flavor boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove

  • juice of 1/2 a lime

  • 1/4 tsp of the following: cayenne, chili powder, sea salt

  • few cracks of black pepper

  1. Add garlic to a food processor, process for a few seconds to chop garlic then add all ingredients to the food processor.

  2. Adjust seasonings/spice level to personal preference.

  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
