these grain free cookies really hit the sweet tooth spot. I added sprinkles just for fun- they make a great chocolate chip cookie recipe on their own, too :)

Makes 16- 18 cookies
2 1/2 cups of almond flour
1/2 cup coconut sugar
3 tbsp grass fed butter, melted and cooled
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of sea salt
1/3 cup chocolate chops
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk eggs together with butter and vanilla extract. Stir in dry ingredients until well combined, then fold in chocolate chips and sprinkles.
Scoop dough into balls on parchment paper, then slightly flatten each cookie with hands. Dough will be slightly sticky- you can let it sit in the fridge for a little to help or splash your hands with water.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, then allow to cool.
