1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1 frozen banana
1/3 cup frozen cauliflower florets (I buy mine from Whole Foods)
1 serving vanilla collagen or protein powder
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp chia or flax seeds
1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
Dash of vanilla OR raw honey
Optional: dash of pumpkin pie spice
Optional: 1 tbsp pecans or walnuts
