Banana Bread Smoothie

Banana Bread Smoothie

Low sugar, high in fiber, and packed with nutrients.

I make sure to always have my basics covered in any smoothie to make sure it provides a nutrient-dense meal: protein, fiber, healthy fats, and some sort of vegetable. Frozen cauliflower provides a ton of nutritional benefits- like supporting our body's natural detoxification process- without changing the flavor. This banana bread smoothie one of my all time favorite smoothie recipes!


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/3 cup frozen cauliflower florets (I buy mine from Whole Foods)

  • 1 serving vanilla collagen or protein powder

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds

  • 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon

  • Dash of vanilla OR raw honey

  • Optional: dash of pumpkin pie spice

  • Optional: 1 tbsp pecans or walnuts
