Low Sugar Mint Chip Smoothie
This is, hands down, one of my favorite smoothie recipes!
The peppermint oil adds the most amazing flavor, so that the smoothie really doesn't need any extra sweetness. Plus, it's packed with healthy fats that I always love to start my day with.

1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower florets
1/3 cup raw cashews
1/4-1/3 cup canned coconut cream (I buy from Trader Joe's)
1 handful baby spinach
1 serving vanilla or chocolate protein
About 1 tbsp frozen avocado
1 tbsp flax seed
4 drops peppermint oil
Topped with sweet cacoa nibs
Blend all ingredients besides cacoa nibs until smooth.
Stir in cacoa nibs for a "chocolate chip".
