Cinnamon Toast Crunch Smoothie

Tastes like the milk after a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch cereal!

I know you guys feel me on that childhood memory. This smoothie has cauliflower in it- something I love to add to smoothies that you shouldn't be afraid of! As long as their is some good flavor from protein powder and/or fruits, you can really sneak in some extra vitamins and fiber from the cauliflower while still having a tasty smoothie!

This smoothie is pretty simple and can be thrown together easily in the morning. Top with your favorite fruit and/or some cinnamon granola- so good!

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower florets 
  • 1/2 frozen banana 
  • 1 serving vanilla collagen or plant-based protein powder
  • 1 tbsp acacia fiber 
  • 1 tsp manuka honey (optional) 
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon 
  • Almond milk, enough to thin
