just 5 simple ingredients.

these mini paleo sliders are too easy- and so tasty! using grass fed beef, these sliders are a great lean protein to add to our plate. i love these on a salad or with a bunch of veggies!

makes 8 mini sliders

  • 1 lb grass fed beef

  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos 

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil) 

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder 

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder 

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper 

    1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, then form 8 small patties. 
    2. Heat a large skillet to medium. Make a thumbprint in the middle of each patty to prevent them from balling up. 
    3. Cook patties for 2-3 minutes on each side.
